في آخر تقرير للملتقى الوطني لحقوق الإنسان

واصل الملتقى الوطني لحقوق الانسان NFHR اعمال مراقبة ورصد الانتهاكات التي يتعرض لها الانسان اليمني في عموم المناطق اليمنية , ضمن مشروع "مراقبة حالة حقوق الإنسان ورصد الانتهاكات في اليمن" الذي ينفذه الملتقى الوطني بالشراكة مع الصندوق الوطني للديمقراطية NED خلال الفترة 1 يوليو 2019 - 30 يونيو 2020 حيث وثق الملتقى الوطني خلال الربع الثاني من العام 2020 عدد (2444) واقعة انتهاك في كافة المحافظات أليمنية منها (645) واقعة انتهاك بشهر (ابريل) و (1132) واقعة انتهاك بشهر (مايو) و (667) واقعة انتهاك بشهر (يونيو) , طالت وقائع الانتهاكات تلك عدد (20) حق من حقوق الإنسان وبلغ عدد ضحاياها (8189) ضحية ، كمابلغ عدد الجهات القائمة بالانتهاك (16) جهة ، في حين بلغ عدد المساكن التي تم الاعتداء عليها (556) مسكن اغلبها مساكن مواطنين مدنيين توزعت بين تدمير كلي وتدمير جزئي وإصابات طفيفة وتهجير لسكان بعض المناطق من منازلهم , كما تم الاعتداء على الممتلكات العامة والخاصة حيث طالت تلك الاعتداءات (503) منشاة عامة وخاصة , وكان للسلطات كان للسلطات الحكومية دور كبير في التراجع لحماية الحقوق الاساسية للإنسان اليمني , حيث قامت السلطات الامنية الحكومية بارتكاب (447) واقعة انتهاك , اما وقائع الانتهاكات التي قامت السلطات الحكومية بالتحريض لارتكاب(935) واقعة انتهاك , كما اتسم موقف السلطات الحكومية السلبي حيال (983) واقعة انتهاك , كما كان للسلطات الحكومية دور ايجابي تجاه (20) واقعة انتهاك , وابدت للسلطات الحكومية عدم علمها بوقوع (59) واقعة انتهاك . لتحميل التقرير ادخل على الرابط الاتي : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gBMs1alzKD3kjqp9hP_z7vQm9Jh-b296/view ------------------- The National Forum for Human Rights NFHR continued the work of observing and monitoring violations against Yemeni people in all regions of Yemen, within the project "Observing the situation of human rights and monitoring violations in Yemen" which is implemented by the National Forum in partnership with the National Endowment for Democracy NED during the period July 1, 2019- 30 June 2020. Where the National Forum documented during the second quarter of 2020 the number of (2444) incidents of violation in all governorates of Yemen, including (645) incidents of violation in the month of (April) and (1132) incident of violation in the month of (May) and (667) incident of violation in the month of (June) . These incidents of violations affected (20) human rights, and the number of its victims reached (8189) victims, and the number of entities that violated those rights reached (16), while the number of the houses that were attacked was (556), the majority of which were the homes of civilian citizens, distributed between total destruction, partial destruction, minor damages and displacement of residents of some areas from their homes. Attacks were also committed on public and private property, as these attacks affected (503) public and private establishments, and the government authorities had a significant role in retreating to protect the basic rights of the Yemeni person, as government security authorities committed (447) incidents of violation, as for the incidents of violations that the government authorities incited to commit , the number reached(935) incidents of violation, and the governmental authorities had negative attitude towards (983) incidents of violation , and the governmental authorities had a positive role towards (20) incidents of violation, and the governmental authorities were not aware of the occurrence of (59) incidents of violation .
